A local tech company is adding to its capabilities with an acquisition.
Grand Rapids-based Tech Defenders has acquired Device Renew, an IT asset disposition, or ITAD, company in Bowling Green, Ohio.
“This partnership will further increase our share in the ITAD market,” said Garry VonMyhr, CEO, Tech Defenders. “With our combined expertise in the industry, our customers can expect to see greater innovation and value in the services we offer.”
